Aquablu B.V. is seeking an outbound-focused Business Development Representative to launch your sales career in the Nordics. You will book high-quality meetings for our channel partners across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, using calls, email, and LinkedIn.

The role includes hands-on coaching, AI-assisted tools, and clear growth paths into senior commercial positions. Start ASAP with 4 days on-site in Amsterdam and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Outbound sales and customer-facing experience preferred.
• Fluent Swedish and English; other Nordic languages a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands, near Amsterdam; willing to work on site.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound in the Nordics to book meetings for channel partners.
• Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects.
• Learn discovery, qualification, and objection handling daily.
• Collaborate with Nordic Channel Manager and partner teams.
• Represent Aquablu at partner events and trade shows.
