Job summary

HighRadius is seeking an Account Executive (Digital Transformation Advisor) to lead end-to-end sales cycles, engaging with finance leaders across the DACH region to showcase how our AI-powered solutions can transform their financial operations.

The role requires fluent German and English, a 5+ year track record in value-based sales, and the ability to travel up to 50% to client sites and industry events. Remote Germany with offices in London and Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or adjacent field is desired.
• 5+ years of experience in a value-based sales model, preferably in IT Services & Consulting or SaaS industry.
• Ability to communicate value to senior-level executives and proven experience in building and sustaining strong strategic relationships.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites & industry events up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business opportunities with assigned accounts.
• Maintain expert knowledge of HighRadius solutions to set accurate expectations.
• Drive sales pipeline through outbound activities and qualification.
• Forecast sales activity and opportunities using the HighRadius playbook.
• Attend industry events to meet prospects and customers.
• Research competitors, markets, and industry trends.
• Articulate value and build a robust business case for initiatives.
