Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Customer Support Manager for Lelystad to lead and develop the Customer Support and Transport operation within the Tech division. You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, coach supervisors, and drive continuous improvements across the operation.

You will work with Customer Support Officers and Traffic staff, coordinating with Warehouse Operations, Planning, and international customers to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Technical Administration or Business Administration.
• 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, medical or production environments.
• Experience leading teams and managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of order management, inbound/outbound and transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Customer Support and Transport operation within the Tech division.
• Ensure staffing levels and coach supervisors to manage their teams.
• Maintain contacts with customers about bottlenecks and actions to resolve them.
• Serve as escalation point for internal/external stakeholders (customers, operations, managers, carriers).
• Identify opportunities to expand services for existing customers.
• Drive process improvements with your teams.
