Job summary

Arvato’s Customer Support Officer in Lelystad will play a key role in the successful implementation and launch of our new Tech location, while ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Joining the Tech division, you will work with ERP and WMS systems to support a seamless supply chain, collaborating with Warehouse Operations, Planning and Transport to deliver excellent service daily.

You’ll primarily work during office hours with some flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• Experience with Microsoft Excel;
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset;
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator;
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring outgoing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Tracking transport exceptions and resolving operational issues through system analysis and coordination;
• Analyzing operational data while monitoring KPIs, planning, and customer expectations;
• Identifying discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and collaborating with colleagues to resolve them;
• Supporting continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational deviations.
