Job summary

Arvato is hiring a Traffic employee in Lelystad to ensure inbound and outbound goods flows run smoothly. You will coordinate transport movements, maintain contact with carriers and drivers, and support the daily logistics operation within a high-tech warehouse.

You’ll work in a dynamic Traffic & Customer Support team, report to the Supervisor, and participate in both administrative and operational tasks. The role starts on a temporary contract with the prospect of permanence, in a 2-shift,

Qualifications

• MBO+ level in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics/transport/warehouse.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound transport movements.
• Maintain contact with carriers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Welcome and assist drivers upon arrival and departure.
• Assign dock or gate positions to incoming trucks.
• Check and process transport documentation.
• Identify and follow up on deviations in transport processes.
• Prepare reports and process operational data in systems/Excel.
• Ensure accurate administrative processing of transport flows.
