Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor to lead a brand-new CS team at our Echt campus, responsible for the implementation of a major new client in our Consumer Product division. The role combines hands-on customer interaction with coaching, coordination and increasing leadership responsibilities.

You will drive team development, manage reporting and KPIs, work with Operations to translate requirements into actions, and support hiring and training to grow a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and proactive with leadership aspirations.
• Experience coaching and motivating people in a Customer Support environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to balance hands-on support with leadership duties.
• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent level through relevant experience; proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day customer support and coordinate the team.
• Support implementation of a new customer and build the CS team.
• Drive KPIs, invoicing, and status reports; manage escalations.
• Partner with Operations to translate customer requirements into actions.
• Assist in hiring, training, planning and evaluating team members; coach and develop staff.
• Continuously improve processes and lead internal meetings with the customer.
