Arvato in Echt-Susteren is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor to build and lead the new Customer Support team for a major client. You’ll shape processes, set up reporting, and collaborate with Operations to translate customer needs into actions.

The role blends hands-on support with leadership responsibilities, including coaching, hiring, and development within a dynamic, international logistics campus.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and proactive professional ready for leadership.
• Experience in coaching and motivating people within a Customer Support environment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to balance hands-on interaction with leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree (HBO) or equivalent level through relevant working experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Support Supervisor, you combine day-to-day customer support with coordinating and developing the team, while playing an active role in the successful implementation of our new customer.
• Actively support the implementation of a new customer and the setup and further development of the Customer Support team.
• Work towards key targets related to service delivery, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer reporting, including KPIs, invoicing and status reports.
• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external escalations.
• Work closely with Operations to translate customer requirements into clear actions.
• Support the Customer Support Manager with hiring, training, planning and evaluating team members.
• Coach and motivate team members and support their professional development.
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead internal meetings and provide updates to the customer.
