Job summary

Arvato in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Support Officer to ensure accurate processing of customer orders and on-time delivery within the Consumer Product division. You’ll collaborate with Warehouse Operations, Planning, and Transport to maintain a seamless supply chain for healthcare products.

The role emphasizes data analysis, SLA adherence, and proactive issue resolution in a dynamic logistics environment. Regular office hours with occasional flexibility apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator.
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders from start to finish.
• Ensure orders are delivered according to SLAs; proactively resolve issues.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to manage planning and expectations.
• Identify discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and resolve them.
• Support continuous process improvements by addressing operational deviations.
