Fleet Cleaner in the Netherlands is seeking a Customer Success Manager to promote our robotic cleaning and inspection services to a global shipping client base. You will handle service requests, craft tailored proposals, and work with our international account managers to keep customers satisfied.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and sales teams, contribute ideas to optimize processes, and participate in growth initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree required in commercial, business, or technical field.
• Minimum of two years in a commercial role, preferably international.
• Proficient in Dutch and English for interaction with international clients.
• Hands-on mindset and eagerness to learn about the shipping industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Mansioni

• Handle customer requests by reaching out and proposing tailored services.
• Identify vessels of interest and follow up with them.
• Be the first point of contact for offers and timely responses.
• Participate in client evaluations with international account managers to improve satisfaction.
