Job summary

ZF Group is seeking a Customer Success Consultant in Delfgauw, Netherlands to strengthen relationships with a defined group of customers and ensure they realize the full potential of our transport logistics solutions. You will gather feedback for product improvements, demonstrate the value of our offerings, and collaborate across sales, support, and product teams.

The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, onboarding support, and delivering training to enhance adoption and satisfaction.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management.
Background in transport logistics industry preferred.
Experience with vehicle telematics or SaaS solutions and basic technical knowledge of software/hardware.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact.
Gather feedback from customers and relay to product team for enhancements.
Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers as needed.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Assist new customers with onboarding and familiarization with the product or service.
Provide training and educational resources to help customers optimize usage.
Collaborate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
