Responsibilities

• Own platform and product issues with customers.
• Investigate, reproduce, and solve reported issues; identify root causes.
• Communicate issues to R&D, Product Manager, and Technical Account Manager; coordinate with teams.
• Work with minimal direction and make independent decisions.
• Prioritize tasks based on severity and business impact.
• Maintain customer expectations per SLAs.
