Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Customer Success Consultant (Dutch speaker) to partner with leading Dutch retailers. You will help clients turn data into actionable insights, guide strategic decisions, and deliver value through analytics and industry expertise.

In this role, you will manage relationships, translate data into recommendations, and contribute to business reviews. A hybrid work setup in the Netherlands supports flexible collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, category management, insights, analytics or account management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Experience in FMCG, retail or market research is a pré.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with retail clients and become their strategic advisor.
• Analyze market, category and shopper data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deliver presentations and business reviews to client stakeholders.
• Proactively identify opportunities to increase client value and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with analytics, commercial and operational teams.
• Support clients in using NIQ solutions to answer key business questions.
