Job summary

Luba in Leiden/Leiderdorp is seeking a dedicated Customer Care professional to join our international central care team. This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers regular contact with customers and colleagues abroad, with growth opportunities and training to develop professionally.

Responsibilities include reviewing orders, processing them in the ERP system, advising on products and pricing, handling quotations, ensuring delivery and invoicing, and following up on questions and complaints with

• MBO or HBO level education required.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or sales support.
• Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Over de vacature:

As a customer care spain, you will be part of an energetic team within the central customer care team. You will work full-time (40 hours per week) in an international environment, where you have frequent contact with customers and colleagues from both home and abroad. In this role, you will have plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself through training and growth opportunities. This is a permanent position with the prospect of a long-term collaboration.

You start your working day by reviewing incoming orders and customer inquiries. You then process orders accurately in the ERP system, keep an overview of ongoing requests, and maintain daily contact with customers. You provide customers with the right product and pricing advice, handle quotation requests, and ensure smooth delivery and invoicing. Even after delivery, you remain involved in handling complaints and answering questions, working closely with the sales team and manager.

• Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or sales support
