Job summary

Suc6! Recruitment & Interim Solutions zoekt een klantgerichte medewerker voor de klantenservice in Venlo voor 32–40 uur per week. Je houdt je bezig met planning, communicatie en administratieve taken voor een van hun klanten.

Je verzorgt orderafhandeling, opvolging van urgente verzoeken en rapporteert over KPI’s, met mogelijkheden tot thuiswerken en ruimte voor ontwikkeling binnen het bedrijf.

Qualifications

• Opleiding en/of ervaring gelijkwaardig aan MBO+/HBO.
• Ervaring in internationale klantenservice / sales support.

Responsibilities

• Orders vrijgeven en alle voorbereidingswerkzaamheden
• Opvolgen van klantverzoeken met urgente orders, werkopdrachten en andere problemen
• Dagelijkse productieplanning sales orders voor het magazijn
• De voortgang van jouw afdeling en het magazijn bewaken
• KPIs bewaken en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren
• Deelnemen aan dagelijkse en wekelijkse interne en externe voortgangsvergaderingen
• Verrichten van diverse rapportages
• In kaart brengen van veelvoorkomende problemen, deze oplossen en meedenken in procesverbeteringen
• Werkvoorschriften up-to-date houden

Function content: For our client, an International Company in Venlo , we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Focus Team Employee You and your 4 colleagues will be responsible for the planning, communication and other administrative tasks for one of their customers. You make sure that the goods of the customers arrive and leave our warehouse on time.

What will you be doing?

• Release of orders and all preparation work;
• Follow up on customer requests regarding urgent orders, workorders and other issues;
• Making a daily Sales order production planning for the warehouse;
• Monitor the progress of your own department and of the warehouse;
• Monitor the KPIs and identify deviations in time;
• Participate in daily and weekly internal and external progress meetings;
• Compiling various reports;
• Mapping out common problems, solving them and thinking along in optimizing the process;
• Keeping work instructions up-to-date.
