Job summary

Wolfram Chain zoekt een Customer Service Employee in Klundert. Je bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en partners, verwerkt orders en beantwoordt logistieke vragen. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen om processen vlot te laten verlopen en rapporteert aan interne stakeholders.

Je werkt maandag t/m vrijdag in een vaste dagdienst; er gelden mogelijkheden tot ontwikkeling en training binnen een internationaal team. Een driverlicentie is een pluspunt.

Qualifications

• Goede beheersing van Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• Comfortabel werken met verschillende computersystemen.
• Ervaring in logistieke omgeving.
• Graag klanten helpen en service verlenen.
• Rijbewijs B vereist.

Responsibilities

• Behandelen van klant- en logistieke vragen.

Functieomschrijving:

As a Customer Service Employee in Klundert, you are the main point of contact for both customers and business partners. You handle logistical questions, process orders and make sure customers receive the right information. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling customer and logistics inquiries;
• Processing and following up on orders;
• Solving issues and coordinating with internal departments;
• Maintaining accurate administrative information in the systems;
• Performing various back-office activities;
• Keeping customers and colleagues informed about the progress of orders and requests.

Because you will be working with international customers, a good command of English is important. You will work from Monday to Friday in a fixed day shift, meaning your weekends are free.

Functievereisten:

A perfect CV is not necessary. We are mainly looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and likes to keep things organized.

• You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
• You are comfortable working with different computer systems;
• You have relevant work experience in a logistics environment;
• You enjoy helping customers and providing good service;
• You have a valid driving licence B to travel to the location.
