Undutchables zoekt een Customer Operations Specialist die als belangrijkste aanspreekpunt fungeert voor klanten over bestellingen, leveringen en prijs- en retourvragen. U werkt samen met Sales, Logistics en Finance om een vlotte order-to-cash te garanderen.

Verantwoordelijkheden omvatten end-to-end orderbeheer, het monitoren van leveringen en het voorstellen van procesverbeteringen. Ervaring tot 2 jaar en een Bachelor-niveau zijn vereist, met uitstekende Excel-vaardigheden.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or a related operational role.
• Fluente in French (C1) and English (Dutch is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Operations Specialist you will be the main contact point for customers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing questions, returns, and other operational matters. Together with your colleagues you will help to ensure that the order to cash cycle works smoothly.

Your key tasks will include:

• Order Management: Manage the end-to-end order process for an assigned portfolio of customers, including quotations, order entry, order follow-up, and backorder management
• Monitor order and delivery performance, proactively communicating delays, shortages, or other issues to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Sales Support: Identify opportunities to improve order efficiency and customer satisfaction by analysing ordering patterns and recommending process improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams: Such as Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure smooth order fulfilment and effective communication
• Support the introduction of new products and communicate relevant product or portfolio updates to customers.
• Report on operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvements in customer service and supply chain performance

Due to the urgency of the role the client cannot consider relocators and are looking for candidates who are able to start on a short notice.

Requirements
