Job Invest zoekt een klantgerichte Customer Service Representative in Eindhoven voor een toonaangevende textielverzorgingsorganisatie. Je dient telefonisch en per e-mail klanten te helpen en zorgt voor snelle en professionele afhandeling van vragen en klachten.

Het betreft een fulltime positie met een marktconform salaris tussen €2.598 en €3.539, plus een jaarbonus van 5,33%, 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld. Groei en samenwerking staan centraal in een hechte teamomgeving.

Qualifications

• Aantoonbare ervaring in klantenservice.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, mondeling en schriftelijk.
• MBO-denkniveau en hands-on instelling vereist.

Responsibilities

• Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail.
• Snel en professioneel afhandelen van verzoeken, klachten of vragen over producten en diensten.
• Drijf naar positieve klantervaringen en draag bij aan een oplossingsgerichte service.
