Job summary

Suc6! Recruitment & Interim Solutions zoekt een Customer Service Representative voor 32–40 uur per week. Je bent het eerste contactpunt voor klanten en interne afdelingen, en verzorgt tijdige en accurate informatie over lopende zendingen.

Je werkt in kleine teams en hebt dagelijks contact via CRM, telefoon en e-mail. Based in Oostrum (Venray), met samenwerking tussen logistiek, planning en IT voor continue procesverbetering.

Qualifications

• Kennis van CRM-systemen is een pré.
• Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in Nederlands.
• Klantgerichte service met focus op accurate informatie.

Responsibilities

• Dienen als primair contactpunt voor klanten via e-mail, telefoon en chat.
• Voorkomen en oplossen van vragen, klachten en account-gerelateerde zaken.
• Regelmatig controleren van zendingen en verwerking van bestellingen.
• Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals fulfilment, planning en IT.

Function Content For our client in Venlo, we have an exciting vacancy for a Customer Service Representative, 32-40 hours In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, end customers, internal departments, and carriers. You will build and maintain strong relationships by providing accurate and timely information on ongoing shipments. Communication will primarily be through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, but also by phone and email. Regular verbal contact is an essential part of the role. We work in small, close-knit teams where collaboration is key. This position is based in Oostrum (Venray).

What you will do:

• Act as the primary operational point of contact for customers via email, phone, chat, and other communication channels;Independently and quickly resolve complex and ad-hoc inquiries;
• Proactively monitor shipments, orders, and warehouse activities to ensure agreed service levels (SLAs) are met;
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, returns, replacements, complaints, and account-related matters;
• Coordinate and follow up on urgent orders, deviations, and exceptions within the supply chain;
