Qualifications

• Fluent in Slovenian and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming questions from customers via telephone, e-mail, and social media regarding orders, products, delivery times, and returns.
• Conducting personal conversations in which you truly listen to the customer and think along about the best solution.
• Professionally and calmly assisting customers who are less cheerful, in order to turn the situation into a positive experience.
• Identifying areas for improvement in the service or internal processes and proactively suggesting or picking them up.
• Carefully handling various customer questions ranging from warranty issues to store-related compliments.

• Answering incoming questions from customers via telephone, e-mail, and social media regarding orders, products, delivery times, and returns.

Your requirements:

• You are fluent in both the Slovenian and Dutch languages, both verbally and in writing.
• Live in The Netherlands, are registered here, and have a valid BSN number.
• Have a flexible availability from Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 17:30.
• Open to dividing your work between 40% at the office and 60% from home.

• A fitting gross salary of 2,700 euros gross based on 40 hours and eight percent holiday pay.
