Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment has a client based in Dordrecht seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to support B2C customers and handle administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for international customers via Phone, Email and WhatsApp, process orders, and resolve queries.

The role requires 1-2 years in e-commerce CS, fluent Dutch and English, and a full-time onsite schedule (5 days per week). Salary up to €3,500 gross per month plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least MBO-4 level or an equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce customer service role.
• Fluent in Dutch & English.
• Customer-focused, resilient under pressure, and flexible.
• Available full-time and willing to work onsite 5x p/w

Our client has been a specialist in designing bathroom and sanitary products since 2018. They are based in Dordrecht, and supply customers across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and France. As a fast-growing company, they are continuously expanding their position in Europe and are now in need of a Dutch speaking Customer Service Representative.
