Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator to join their team. The role focuses on seamless order processing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in customer service or order management, fluent Dutch and English, and an ability to work accurately in a structured, multi-tasking environment with on-site Tue-Thu and remote Mon & Fri.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a customer service or order management role.
• Completed MBO diploma in Customer Service or related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills.
• Office attendance Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; remote on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers and logistics providers regarding orders and delivery inquiries.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and deliveries, overseeing the entire process from receipt to fulfillment
• Monitor order progress and inventory levels, coordinating with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies
• Manage customer claims, complaints, and return processes independently, issuing credit notes when required
• Develop and maintain customer-specific work instructions to ensure clarity and consistency
• Accurately process consignment and export orders within the company system
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and operations
