Luba is seeking a German-speaking customer care specialist in Leiden/Leiderdorp. This full-time, hybrid role offers growth opportunities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

You will manage the full order cycle, coordinate with multiple departments, and contribute to pricing proposals in an international setting. Requirements include German and English proficiency, at least 3 years in a similar role, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

As a customer care germany specialist, you are the main point of contact for German clients and handle the complete order process. This is a full-time role, typically during regular office hours, with the flexibility to work partly from home. You start your working day by checking incoming customer inquiries and orders. You ensure orders are accurately processed in the ERP system and keep customers updated on their order status.
