Jobster zoekt een Duitssprekende Customer Care Representative in Leiden/Leiderdorp. Je werkt fulltime in een internationale omgeving met hybride werken en volop doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Je start met het afhandelen van vragen en orders, zoekt afdelingen op, behandelt offertes en klachten, en houdt alles nauwkeurig vast in het systeem. Je bewaakt leveringen en schakelt bij waar nodig.

Een lange termijn positie met training, ontwikkeling en groeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Voltooid mbo-niveau of hoger onderwijs.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een klantgerichte rol.
• Uitstekende beheersing van Duits en Engels, schriftelijk en mondeling.
• Ervaring met MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint en Word).
• Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.

Responsibilities

• Bepaalde dag begint met controleren van inkomende vragen van klanten en orders.
• Coördineren met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen over lopende projecten.
• Behandelen van klantverzoeken, offertes en klachten.
• Continu contact met klanten, behoeften identificeren en passende oplossingen bieden.
• Zorg dragen voor correcte registratie in het systeem en bewaken van leveringen.

Over het werk

As a German-speaking Customer Care Representative, you are the first point of contact for customers and play an important role in ensuring smooth order processing, accurate pricing, and clear communication. You work closely with colleagues both nationally and internationally to keep processes running as efficiently as possible.

This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with a combination of working from the office and from home. You will join an international environment where there is plenty of room for training, personal development, and career growth. The position is long-term, giving you the opportunity to build and further develop your career within the company.

Your day starts by checking incoming customer inquiries and orders. You coordinate with colleagues from different departments regarding ongoing projects and handle customer requests, quotations, and complaints. Throughout the day, you are in regular contact with customers, identify their needs, provide suitable solutions, and make sure everything is accurately recorded in the system. You also monitor deliveries and follow up where necessary to ensure every process is completed successfully.
