Responsibilities

BBC Studios is a global media company originating from the BBC that creates and distributes television, audio, and digital content worldwide.

Задачи:

• Partner with the CRM Director and EMEA stakeholders to deliver targeted, data-driven CRM campaigns;
• Develop and execute CRM strategies, campaigns, and customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
• Build, deploy, and optimize email communications in line with BBC standards and processes;
• Analyze campaign performance using Tableau and deliver actionable insights and recommendations;
• Drive customer segmentation and profiling initiatives for B2B and B2C audiences;
• Support the execution of the EMEA CRM strategy as the regional CRM subject matter expert;
• Lead CRM activity across multiple brands and deliver strategic projects aligned with business objectives;
• Champion CRM best practices and increase stakeholder engagement;
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency;
• Lead the adoption of AI-driven CRM capabilities, including Salesforce Einstein;
• Provide guidance and expertise on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related CRM platforms;
• Encourage innovation and promote awareness of emerging CRM, marketing, and digital trends;
• Support CRM capability development through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing;
• Collaborate with CRM colleagues and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and business success.

Требования:

• Strong experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM marketing platform such as Braze;
• Proven experience in email marketing, including delivering and optimizing customer campaigns and journeys;
• Experience in an analytical or data-driven role, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and generate actionable insights;
• Strong data and analytics skills with a commercial and customer-focused mindset;
• High proficiency in English;
• Proficiency in Dutch;
• Nice to have: Previous people management or line management experience, understanding of the BBC and its place in the media market, experience delivering multi-channel marketing automations, understanding and experience of editorial compliance and Fair-Trading policies.

• Holiday allowance is provided in addition to the salary;
• The role requires a minimum of 3 days in the Amsterdam office;
