Responsibilities

• Own the CRM channel across the Benelux, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site personalisation.
• Develop and optimise automated customer lifecycle journeys from acquisition through retention and loyalty.
• Build audience segments and personalised customer experiences using first-party data and customer insights.
• Analyse CRM performance and key KPIs, translating insights into actions that improve engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation across messaging, creative, offers, segmentation, and customer journeys.
• Work with eCommerce, merchandising, performance marketing, content, and data teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Maximise the value of Bloomreach by using customer data, automation, and personalisation capabilities.
• Ensure CRM activities comply with GDPR and customer data best practices.
• Stay up to date with CRM trends, platform capabilities, and industry best practices to improve performance.

Требования:

• Experience managing CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation in an eCommerce or DTC environment.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomreach (Exponea) or a similar CRM/CDP platform.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into action.
• Experience building customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and automated lifecycle campaigns.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Passion for customer engagement, personalisation, and exceptional digital experiences.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Nice to have: French.
