Job summary

BBC Studios is seeking an EMEA CRM Manager to lead the strategy and operations of CRM for the region, with a focus on the Netherlands and Belgium. You will grow addressable audiences and deliver targeted newsletters, designing end-to-end customer journeys and personalisation strategies.

Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze, and a proven track record in email marketing, analytics, and lifecycle optimization, with fluency in English and Dutch.

Qualifications

• Proven background in email marketing and customer journeys.
• Experience in data-driven analysis and campaign performance.
• Strong written and spoken English; Dutch proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted, data-driven CRM campaigns and journeys.
• Develop and execute CRM strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Build, deploy and optimise email communications with BBC standards.
• Analyse campaign performance with Tableau and provide actionable insights.
• Drive segmentation and profiling for B2B and B2C campaigns.
