Job summary

Dwelly is seeking a CRM & Email Marketing Manager to own landlord and tenant communications across its growing portfolio of agency brands. This is a CRM-first role focused on high-volume email operations, audience segmentation, and scalable templates to onboard new acquisitions quickly and consistently.

You will manage the Mailchimp database, drive automated campaigns, and track performance while collaborating with design tools like Canva and Figma.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mature CRM environment at scale.
• Hands-on with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar.
• Understanding of email deliverability and list hygiene.
• Able to edit HTML/CSS in email templates.
• Strong English communication for UK stakeholders.
• Organised, self-managing and able to standardise processes.
• Comfortable automating repetitive tasks.
• Focus on metrics and data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own Mailchimp database across all brands and maintain segmentation.
• Build audience segments by brand, geography, and lifecycle.
• Deploy and monitor email campaigns across the portfolio.
• Manage recurring communications calendar and templates.
• Track email performance and optimise segmentation and timing.
• Onboard new brands into the Mailchimp infrastructure.
• Create reusable templates and assets for onboarding.
• Use Zapier and AI tools to automate content production tasks.
• Maintain internal documentation for handovers.
