Job summary

EverAI is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to elevate CRM to a major revenue channel. You will own onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation across email, push, in-product messaging, and promotions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling CRM and driving revenue growth.
• Experience in high-volume B2C subscription environments with CRM impact on revenue.
• Ability to design segments, journeys, experiments, and campaign logic.

Responsibilities

• Own the full CRM lifecycle strategy and execution across onboarding, conversion, retention and reactivation.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing user behavior and engagement data.
• Create onboarding, abandoned-payment, offer, and follow-up journeys to convert and retain users.
• Increase token purchases, repeat purchases, retention, and LTV via smarter segmentation and timing.
• Run rapid experiments, measure impact, and scale winning ideas.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative to improve CRM tooling and reporting.
