Job summary

Arvato in Venlo is seeking a Supervisor Control Tower to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring KPI targets are met while managing staff and coordinating with other departments. The role emphasizes meticulous use of ERP/WMS systems like SAP to monitor performance.

You will lead supervisors and frontline staff, drive continuous improvement, and work in shifts including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• MBO level with experience or HBO starter.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Supervisor or 2 years as Assistant Supervisor.
• Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP).
• Good command of English; strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Lead daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing.
• Monitor and adjust processes throughout the day.
• Manage staff scheduling with Workforce Planning.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high performance.
