Job summary
Arvato is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Echt to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Consumer Products and High-Tech division. You will drive KPI achievement, lead a team, and continuously improve processes on the floor, combining operational control with people leadership.
You’ll work in a modern center with SAP ERP/WMS, coordinating staffing, running daily meetings, and ensuring continuity across Operations, Workforce, and Support. Competitive benefits apply.
Qualifications
- MBO working level with experience or HBO starter.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor or 2 years as an Assistant Supervisor.
- Experience with Excel and ERP/WMS systems (preferably SAP).
- Good command of English.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Fulltime availability and willingness to work shifts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily warehouse operations and ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Leading daily meetings with Team Leaders to review planning and staffing needs.
- Monitoring and adjusting processes throughout the day.
- Managing staff scheduling together with Workforce Planning.
- Coaching and motivating your team to maintain high performance.
