Job summary

Arvato in Echt-Susteren, Netherlands, is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in our Consumer Products or High-Tech division. You will balance on-floor decision making with people leadership, ensuring KPIs are met and processes run smoothly.

You'll work with SAP ERP/WMS, lead Supervisors and Team Leaders, oversee staffing, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires 1 year supervisory experience (or 2 as assistant), strong Excel skills, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO level education; starter accepted.
• 1 year of supervisor experience or 2 years as assistant supervisor.
• Experience with Excel and SAP ERP/WMS.
• Good command of English; strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Willing to work full-time and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily warehouse operations to meet KPIs.
• Lead daily planning meetings with Team Leaders to review staffing.
• Monitor and adjust processes to improve performance throughout the day.
• Manage staff scheduling with Workforce Planning.
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high performance.
