Job summary

Arvato, based in Venlo, Limburg, Netherlands, is seeking an hands-on Assistant Supervisor to manage a 20–30 person warehouse team and drive daily operations in a dynamic logistics environment.

You will coach staff, plan daily activities, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements while ensuring safety and efficiency on the floor. Must have at least 1 year in a logistics leadership role and be comfortable working with WMS/ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• MBO level education or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in logistics.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily warehouse activities on the floor.
• Coaching, guiding and motivating team members and line leads.
• Creating daily workforce planning based on volumes and staffing.
• Monitoring KPIs such as productivity and quality.
• Identifying bottlenecks and taking action when needed.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
• Ensuring a safe, structured and efficient working environment.
