Job summary

Arvato in Venlo, Netherlands, seeks a Supervisor Traffic to coordinate and optimize daily transport operations within the logistics department. You will lead a team, plan staffing, and ensure KPI targets and service levels are met while coordinating with carriers and internal teams.

You will work in a shifted dayshift, using SAP and ERP/TMS tools, and contribute to transport performance improvements and cost efficiency in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, traffic, or logistics coordination.
• Experience in a supervisory or coordinating role.
• Strong command of English and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and optimize daily transport operations.
• Lead daily team meetings to review planning and staffing.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor transport flows and adjust planning as needed.
• Resolve escalations such as delays and issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and costs.
