Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking an experienced Client Change Manager in Amsterdam to lead client change initiatives for custody, fund administration, and back-office operations. You will coordinate stakeholders, oversee governance, and deliver operational solutions aligning with client needs.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, English and Dutch language capabilities, and 5–7 years in financial services. This permanent position is based in our Amsterdam office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or similar qualification.
• 5–7 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
• Experience managing client implementations, operational change, or strategic projects within financial services.
• Language: English & Dutch (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client change initiatives.
• Coordinate and oversee all client change events, ensuring governance, tracking, reporting, and billing.
• Partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement custody and back-office solutions.
• Lead client change meetings, workshops, and project governance forums.
• Act as project lead or subject matter expert for strategic client change requests.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones to ensure successful implementation.
• Provide management information and reporting on change activities and outcomes.
• Support and develop team members where applicable.
