Job summary

State Street in Amsterdam is seeking a proactive client service professional to manage back-office services for asset owner and asset manager clients in the Dutch and Belgian markets, driving client satisfaction through proactive engagement.

You will support the Investment Services function, coordinating client communications, reporting, trainings, and issue resolution, with English and Dutch language skills and a strong eye for detail to sustain long-term relationships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or similar qualification.
• 5-7 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
• Experience with custody and/or fund accounting is an asset.
• Language: English & Dutch (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Proactive engagement with clients and proactive outreach.
• Coordinate client communications for operational matters and regulatory updates.
• Monitor client satisfaction deliverables and operational execution for back-office products & services.
• Coordinate product trainings, demos, webinars, and regulatory updates with subject matter experts.
• Serve as the client’s first point of contact for operational escalations and issues.
