Job summary

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a senior consultant to lead and deliver complex advisory engagements for asset and wealth management clients across Europe.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and shape operating models, processes, and IT solutions while driving business development and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years proven experience in the delivery of consulting or change projects.
• Significant experience within Financial Services organisations, preferably Asset or Wealth Management.
• Experience on TO model, business processes and/or IT solutions (Distribution, CRM, Portfolio management, Risk, Middle & Back Office).
• Expertise on PMAR is a plus.
• Strong client relationship and account management capabilities.
• Executive network and business development experience.
• Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and lead teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly successful client engagements to achieve strong client satisfaction.
• Develop strategies and deliver high-quality work on time and budget.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders to deliver client projects.
• Analyze client current state, develop proposals, and implement recommendations.
• Conduct research, surveys and interviews to understand organisational problems.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and keep stakeholders informed.
• Review processes and identify deviations from standard procedures.
• Stay updated on market trends relevant to the client's business.
• Identify and develop client and vendor opportunities; support business development.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
