Job summary

Saxo Bank in Amsterdam seeks a hands-on, people-focused leader to drive service delivery for Institutional clients and partners. You will develop and empower a high-performing team, ensure operations meet SLAs, and act as a key stakeholder in complex projects within the governance framework.

Fluent in English and Dutch, you’ll build client knowledge, manage escalations, and foster trust, accountability and collaboration across a diverse, international organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership experience in client service or operations within financial services.
• Ability to meet SLAs, improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-first mindset.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Comfortable operating within governance and risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the team through delegation, coaching and training.
• Ensure daily responsibilities meet SLAs and deliver service.
• Provide outstanding service to top Institutional Partners.
• Lead core people-management activities and KPI setting.
• Maintain governance, risk and compliance awareness.
• Drive cross-functional projects and act as escalation point.
