Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead ongoing relationships with Institutional and Fiduciary clients in the Netherlands. You will collaborate with the Sales team to ensure exceptional client experience and adherence to contracts and service commitments.

You will manage pre-win engagements, onboarding, and ongoing client experience, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery and drive improvements while maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch language required.
• Experience in institutional client management and fiduciary, LDI, segregated and pooled mandates.
• Strong investment management knowledge including fund management, instruments, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the ongoing relationship and experience for institutional and fiduciary clients in line with contracts and firm standards.
• Lead pre-win client engagements with Sales, respond to RFPs and due diligence events, and manage service expectations.
• Oversee onboarding, documentation, and delivery of required information to clients, including regulatory items.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure delivery, drive improvements, and manage client reviews and meetings.
