Job summary

• Proven people leadership experience in client service or operations within financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to meet SLAs, improve processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-first communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the team through delegation, involvement, coaching and training.
• Ensure daily responsibilities are completed and service delivered within SLAs.
• Build deep understanding of clients’ businesses to deliver proactive, value-adding support.
• Lead core people-management activities, including KPI setting and ad hoc performance conversations.
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability and collaboration within the team.
