Job summary

SoftwareOne in Amsterdam is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (Citrix) to lead scoping, design, and quoting of complex opportunities. You will advise sales teams and clients while identifying cross- and up-selling potential, building strong vendor relationships, and optimizing pricing and margins.

You will collaborate with the presales team to deliver tailored licensing solutions and maintain Citrix certifications to maximize business impact, while navigating vendor governance and strategic

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quoting for complex Citrix deals and renewals with accuracy and alignment.
• Assess client needs with sales and pre-sales teams to scope opportunities.
• Design tailored licensing solutions and deliver clear value-driven proposals.
• Act as trusted advisor to drive cross- and up-sell opportunities.
• Manage relationships with focus/strategic vendors and maintain reseller status.
• Define and optimize margins using pricing strategies, rebates, and market insights.
• Maintain certifications and stay updated with vendor governance and trends.
