Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH in Amsterdam seeks a Subject Matter Expert (Citrix) to lead scoping, sizing and quoting of complex opportunities for Focus/Strategic Vendors. You will design tailored licensing solutions and act as a trusted advisor to drive cross- and upsell opportunities.

You will build vendor relationships, optimise pricing, and contribute to margins while maintaining certifications in a global IT environment.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the ISV landscape and how to position solutions to client needs.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, handle objections, and support deal closure.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills for complex concepts.
• Solid knowledge of sales processes from lead to deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Quote for Focus/Strategic Vendors and Complex Requests end-to-end with accuracy and alignment.
• Scope and size opportunities with sales and pre-sales teams.
• Design licensing solutions and deliver clear, value-driven proposals for cross- and upsell.
• Manage relationships with strategic vendors, drive collaboration and revenue growth.
• Define margins with pricing strategies and maintain vendor governance.
