Job summary

Corendon Hotels & Resorts in the Amsterdam area is seeking a Chef de Partie to join one of our vibrant hotels. You will contribute to the (pre)preparation of dishes for room service, The Bazaar, breakfast, and staff meals while ensuring excellent service and open kitchen presentation.

Qualifications

• Passion for cooking and strong all-round knowledge of dishes.
• Service-oriented, hospitable and socially engaged.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to the (pre)preparation of dishes for room service, The Bazaar, breakfast, and staff meals.
• Providing excellent service and maintaining presentation, especially due to the open kitchen concept.
• Fostering a good working relationship with colleagues within the department and across other departments by following the OER principle.
• Respecting and complying with the CSR policy.
• Coordinating and organizing activities at the bar.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Sous Chef or Executive Chef, especially when such tasks help seize business opportunities.
