The College Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott, Amsterdam, part of the Corendon Hotels & Resorts family, seeks a Chef de Partie to join our boutique kitchen. You will prepare high-quality dishes reflecting our creative concept and lead the kitchen team to ensure consistency and presentation.

This full-time role requires proficiency in Dutch and English, with availability for evenings and weekends. Marriott discounts, coaching, and unique guest experiences are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about cooking and have an eye for quality and presentation.
• You prepare dishes to high standards and ensure everything is served perfectly.
• You support and guide junior kitchen staff and trainees.
• You contribute ideas and come up with creative solutions in the kitchen.
• You work accurately, independently, and maintain an overview in a busy environment.
• You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends.
• You are willing to assist in other kitchen areas when needed.
• You take the time to coach and help develop your team.
• You have experience in a professional kitchen, preferably with knowledge of classical cooking techniques.
• Available for a full-time position (5 days per week).
• You are proficient in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to high standards and ensure consistency and presentation.
