Job summary

De L'Europe Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our Main Kitchen and Staff Restaurant, taking ownership, thriving in a dynamic kitchen, and delivering the high standards our guests expect.

You will handle mise-en-place through to service, contribute to daily staff meals and varied menus, collaborate with teams, place orders, and help implement new dishes while adhering to HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• You have experience working as a chef and are comfortable taking independent responsibility for your work.
• You are able to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
• You have a keen eye for flavour, quality, presentation and detail.
• You are a positive and energetic team player.
• You enjoy cooking for both our guests and our own colleagues.
• You enjoy contributing ideas for varied, flavourful and appealing dishes.
• You have strong communication skills and work well with both colleagues and management.
• You are able to maintain an overview and a positive attitude, even during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finish dishes with skill from mise-en-place to final service.
• Contribute to staff restaurant daily meals and menu variety.
• Support Main Kitchen and collaborate with kitchen teams.
• Place orders based on recipes and planning.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines, ensuring hygiene and safety.
