Job summary

Grand Hotel Amrâth Amsterdam is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our internationally oriented kitchen in the heart of Amsterdam. You will prepare dishes according to recipes, assist with orders, portion, garnish and dishwashing while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

You will work under HACCP guidelines and contribute ideas to refine menus. The 38-hour week offers a competitive salary under the Hospitality collective agreement and attractive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• You have a completed vocational education in culinary arts.
• Experience as a chef is a plus, but not required. You can learn everything within our team.
• You can work efficiently and hygienically according to HACCP guidelines.
• You have a passion for cooking and an eye for detail.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and/or English. Do you speak an additional language? ¡Muy bien, sehr gut!

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes according to recipes and take orders.
• Portion, garnish and prepare dishes; assist with dishwashing.
• Ensure kitchen remains clean and organized; handle kitchen equipment, dishwashing machines, and knives.
• Enforce HACCP regulations and contribute ideas to refine the menu and recipes.
