Job summary

Atlassian is seeking an experienced Solution Sales Executive for CEE Emerging Markets (Polish speaking) to join our EMEA Solution Sales team. You will drive ITSM/ESM sales across mid-market and enterprise accounts in Poland and broader CEE, engaging with IT leaders and senior stakeholders to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

You will leverage MEDDPICC and strategic deal shaping with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to accelerate migrations, cloud adoption, and expansion

Qualifications

• Experience selling ITSM/ESM or related solutions to mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong relationships with IT leaders and senior stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive ITSM/ESM sales growth across CEE emerging markets.
• Build relationships with Senior Leaders across IT and Business Teams in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including migrations and expansions; manage multi-stakeholder deals.
• Identify displacement opportunities and partner with Executives to craft compelling business cases.
