Job summary

Stryker Netherlands is seeking a capital sales professional to develop opportunities across the Visualization portfolio, focusing on long‑term hospital plans and multi‑year capital investments. You will align clinical, procurement, finance and leadership to drive investment in capital technology across key Dutch cities.

The role requires field-based responsibilities across South Netherlands with focus on major cities like Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Professional fluency in Dutch and English.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year territory and account plans for visualization, integration and related capital technology.
• Identify replacement cycles, tenders, renovations, new-build projects and future investment priorities.
• Start preparing for tenders 18 to 24 months before publication. Align key stakeholders and shape clinical strategy.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and reference sites to support capital projects and long-term partnerships.
• Help shape the annual marketing plan and execute in your territory.
• Maintain reliable annual, quarterly and monthly forecasts.
• Bring together colleagues across divisions to provide solutions to customers.
