Job summary

Nuvare Consultancy in Arnhem, Netherlands, is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in German and Dutch to join our friendly international team. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries by phone and email and supporting orders, deliveries, and project questions.

This role offers hybrid work after onboarding and 24–38 hours per week, with a strong focus on accurate communication, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Excellent German language skills (C2), written and spoken.
• Good Dutch language skills (B1), written and spoken.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
• Confident and professional communication, especially on the phone.
• Interest in technical products or construction materials.
• Independent, accurate, proactive work approach.
• Availability for 24–38 hours per week, including midweek mornings and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone and email.
• Answer questions about products, orders, deliveries, and returns.
• Advise customers on their projects and translate construction plans into product lists and quotations.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and returns accurately.
• Support colleagues with Dutch- and English-speaking customers as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and the overall customer experience.
