Job summary

Eco Plus Solutions AB is seeking a German-speaking customer support specialist in Arnhem. You will act as the primary contact for German customers, manage inquiries about product specs, orders and delivery, and translate technical drawings into concrete quotations.

You will also assist with Dutch and English inquiries as needed. You bring at least 2 years in customer service or technical advisory, with German at C2 and Dutch at B2, plus familiarity with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• German: C2 level fluency (spoken and written).
• Dutch: B2 level proficiency (intermediate spoken and written capability to support cross-market tasks).
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service, client support, or technical advisory role.
• Demonstrable interest in technical products, safety infrastructure, or construction-related structures.
• Flexible availability ranging from 24 to 38 hours per week (32-hour option available).
• Must be available on Wednesday mornings, Thursdays, and Fridays.
• Strong organizational, independent working style with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with enterprise CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary Client Point of Contact for German customers via phone and email.
• Handle inquiries about product specs, availability, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Provide technical guidance by translating plans into product lists and quotations.
• Process orders, returns, and quotations accurately in the system.
• Support Dutch and English inquiries when needed to help the team.
• Suggest improvements to customer service workflows and internal communications.
