Job summary

• Manage inquiries about product specs, availability, orders, and delivery schedules.
• Provide technical consults by translating plans into product lists and quotes.
• Process orders, returns and quotation requests with accuracy and integrity.
• Support Dutch and English inquiries for cross-market tasks.
• Suggest innovations to improve customer service workflows and efficiency.
